Giving You the Best Experience

I value all of my clients at Lucy Anderson Aesthetics & Beauty, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home and in safe hands. That’s why I've set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who has any treatments with myself has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations/ Rescheduled appointments

I appreciate that unexpected things crop up and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment and I will always do my very best to accommodate a change in appointment. Provided more than 48 hours notice is given, you will be able to transfer your deposit to another date.

However, If you need to cancel/ reschedule and do not give 48 hours notice, this will result in the loss of your deposit.

Lateness

If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your appointment time, your treatment will be modified to fit with the remaining time available, you will be charged full price. If your treatment cannot be carried out due to lateness you will forfeit your deposit.

If you fail to show up for your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and future appointments will require full payment upon booking.

 

Payments

Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, debit or credit card and via the online booking system.

Right to refuse

I have the right to refuse performing treatments on the following:

 Some treatments require a patch test before the treatment can be carried out, if a patch test is not booked at least 48 hrs before the appointment I will not carry out the treatment.

I refuse to treat anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Children at the salon

I understand it is sometimes hard to find childcare especially for short appointments but I kindly ask you not to bring children under 10 years old to the salon. Little hands can get into mischief especially when eyes cannot be on them, the salon contains chemicals and equipment not safe for children. Please inform me if you have a last minute childcare problem.

 

Age requirements

Some treatments have an age requirement on them, for insurance reasons I am not permitted to perform treatments on clients under the required age.

For those treatments that don’t have an age requirement for insurance purposes under 16’s will require parental consent and a parent will have to accompany them for the duration of the appointment.

 

Complaints

Some treatments do not have instant results and you will be advised of this during your appointment.
